Was missing a packet of screws, but the instructions included the screw size so I was able to get them at hardware store. Was difficult putting drawers into hinges at end by myself, but did it finally. Took about 2.5 hours alone to assemble (minus trip to the store). The only issue is my husbands size 10.5 shoes with firm heels along achilles...they wont fit with the drawer divider installed. I removed the divider in the bottom drawer for those pairs of shoes, so now only fit 3 pairs for that level. Exactly what I wanted otherwise clean look and keeps robot vacuum from scattering shoes. Well see how it holds up.
