I love that I can have this in my living room and not smell the litter box. My boy is a flinger and it keeps the litter contained very well.

It would be perfect except¡the plastic was difficult to remove from the glass and that took more effort than putting it together. I ended up using hemostats to pull the little pieces from the edges. It is sturdy and well constructed. I have a tip for people who said the doors don¡¯t align because originally mine didn¡¯t either. What you do is adjust the screws that hold the hinge together, the two in the middle, not the four corners. Adjust a half turn at a time and you should see the door move up or down a little bit. Voila-) I¡¯m excited to show this cabinet to my new kitten and it should be the solution to keeping my 5lb dog out of the litter box. Most ideas might keep a larger dog out, but it¡¯s tougher when the dog is the same size as the cat. Right now the kitten is too small to jump to the bottom step so I made a sisal covered ramp and will place it at a steep angle so that the dog will be deterred. Also going to put some rubber- like drawer liner on the steps to add some grip because they are slick.

Keeps the dogs outta the litter boxes. Elevates food dishes high enough to discourage but not totally eliminate dogs getting to the dishes. Wood in some spots a little thin. Make sure you have a second person during assembly as a few steps require someone to hold up one end while securing the opposite
