FUFUGAGA Warranty Policy

Section 1 - Basic Warranty Terms

Applicable Furniture: Tables & desks, cabinets, stools & chairs, sofas, furniture sets, shelves & racks, and beds.

  • 2-Year Limited Warranty: Covers materials, frame, workmanship, and the functioning of non-lighting electronic components.
  • 1-Year Warranty Exception: Covers fabrics, seat cushions, leather covers, and LED lighting components. These can be replaced at a minimal cost, provided the original warranty documentation is still available.

Notice: This warranty policy is effective starting January 1, 2026, and applies exclusively to orders placed directly on the official FUFUGAGA website (fufugaga.com). Purchases from any third-party retailers, online marketplaces, or unauthorized resellers are not covered. The policy applies solely to the original purchaser.

Section 2 - Warranty Agreement and Restrictions

FUFUGAGA warrants the products sold by FUFUGAGA.com shall be free from defects in material, workmanship, and function under Normal Use during the warranty period outlined in the Warranty Terms from the original date of receipt. "Normal Use" means strictly in accordance with the installation, operation, and maintenance manual.

If any of the warranted products are found by FUFUGAGA to be defective in normal use, such products will, at FUFUGAGA's option, be replaced, repaired, or made appropriate adjustment at FUFUGAGA's cost. The Original Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy against FUFUGAGA shall be the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products as provided herein. This warranty does not cover labor or other costs/expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired, or replaced product. In no event shall the liability of FUFUGAGA exceed the purchase price of the product.

Limitations and Exceptions

This limited warranty DOES NOT cover any loss and/or damage due to:

  1. Misuse or unusual use
  2. Mishandling
  3. Accident
  4. Neglect
  5. Acts of God: Events outside human control, such as flash floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
  6. Improper installation
  7. Improper maintenance and care: Using abrasive cleaners (powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, chlorine, steel wool, or wire brushes) as these will damage and wear down the finish. Significant exposure to chemicals, harsh cleaners, and harsh outdoor environments will void any and all warranties on finishes and materials.
  8. Modification or unauthorized repair: Includes the use of unauthorized parts or attachments. This warranty only applies when all components have been provided by FUFUGAGA.com. Substituting another manufacturer's product and/or components will render the warranty completely void.
  9. Normal wear and tear: Gloss reduction, scratching, staining, and alkaline etching of finishes over time due to daily use, cleaning practices, or atmospheric conditions are not manufacturing defects.
Disclaimer

This warranty extends to the original purchaser from the official FUFUGAGA website and is not transferable to heirs, subsequent owners, or otherwise. No affirmation of FUFUGAGA, by words or action, other than as set forth herein shall constitute a warranty.

Implied Warranties

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS ON ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR INFRINGEMENT. BUYER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE ENTITLED TO, AND FUFUGAGA.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFIT, PROMOTIONAL AND/OR MANUFACTURING EXPENSES, OVERHEAD, INJURY TO REPUTATION AND/OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS.

If you believe that you have a warranty claim, please contact FUFUGAGA. Be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including:

  • A copy of your original order confirmation.
  • The item number and quantity of the defective item(s).
  • A complete description of the problem.
  • Pictures or video evidence clearly showing the problem.
