We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.
Please follow this checklist we have created for you to follow before the Point of Delivery (POD) is signed:
Checklist:
Please check all cartons for visible damage.
Please confirm you have received the correct items as per the POD and the delivery order.
If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.
*Please do not dispose cartons until the issue is resolved. -

Go from a casual hangout to an entertaining space in seconds. This 110.2" white kitchen island doubles as a height-adjustable bar table: a smooth lift mechanism raises part of the top from standard table height to an elevated bar counter for standing gatherings, then lowers it again for dinner.
It's crafted from durable MDF with a clean white finish, built to last through every party and project. The long surface makes room for a crowd, and a built-in storage cabinet keeps barware and clutter out of sight. It fits open-plan living, home offices that double as entertaining spaces, or anywhere you want a flexible alternative to a fixed kitchen island.
Highlights
- Two spaces in one: switch between dining height and cocktail-counter height whenever you need to.
- Massive 110-inch surface: hosts big game days and family dinners comfortably.
- Smart built-in storage: a cabinet and two shelves hide barware and keep the room photo-ready.
- Durable, easy-clean finish: water-, stain- and scratch-resistant, so spills from lively gatherings wipe right up.
