A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

This modern makeup vanity is really nice. I like the design and the size it not that big, perfect for my small space. I’m using more as a desk. It was really difficult to assemble it for me a-lot of hours but if you have someone to help it will be great. I’m happy with it. The only problem if that one of the drawer handles didn’t work so I just glued it.The lights in the mirror look pretty.
Daughter is happy with it. Seems like a solid product.
Overall it’s a great vanity. The drawers aren’t as sturdy as I’d like them to be but for the price it’s a good vanity. Love the mirror and light feature
Over all nice vanity. Wish the lighting would be a little brighter. Middle drawer seems to stick a little. Side drawers need to be a little larger, my blow dryer won’t fit in it.
Item was well package and did not arrive damaged. Was hesitant to order bc I was afraid the large mirror would arrive broken. The instructions were easy to follow. My daughter loved it.

This vanity is just what we were looking for! The LED mirror is very nice. Putting it together did take a while but it is sturdy and the mirror is secured on very well.
When the vanity came in the mirror was broken. I think this was because of the shipping company because the box was very beat up. However, I was able to get ahold of the company and they sent out a whole new vanity replacement. They got back to me quickly and I received the new vanity within a couple days. We haven’t put the vanity together yet but I did look through the directions and they’re pretty clear. Very satisfied that the company handled this problem quickly even when I don’t feel like the broken mirror was their fault.
The vanity came packaged with a large inner box to protect the pieces and parts required to assemble it. The instructions were clear, however, it took two adults over three hours to assemble it since it is completely un- assembled. The various screws and angles that need to be installed perfectly to lineup the drawers and crystal knobs take some skill. However, the end result was worth it, as it is a solid and functional pac,and the LED mirror is perfect for makeup application while seated. NOTE It may be prudent to hire the FUFUGAGA assembly team if you’re not handy and persistent to work with the smaller screws and tight spaces. The vanity is a nice piece of furniture for a bedroomchild’s room or a guest room, or allows for extra storage space for a dressing room.

Lovely vanity however I needed a stand alone desk piece of furniture for a secondary sewing machine table. This vanity was absolutely perfect from the sizing, the weight structure and the drawers for storage. I did not use the mirror but have saved for future renovations. This proves FUFUGAGA does always have what you need albeit with a bit of vision.
Very sturdy, well built .Assembly was about 1-12 hours. Crystal knobs give it an elegant touch.

This vanity looks exactly like the picture. Packaging was very well put together. The assembly was very easy. It took about two hours to assemble. It can with all necessary equipment to assemble but a hammer and screwdriver. Only thing it did not come with a chair. I love my new purchase!
Now I have had a make up vanity before but nothing like this! It is very well made and super sturdy. The lighting you get off the mirror is absolutely amazing. One of my favorite features is the glass top. A good way to make sure I keep everything nice, clean and organized. Also, the amount of storage is great.
