I bought my FUFU&GAGA furniture secondhand. Can I still buy parts?
Absolutely. We sell genuine replacement parts to anyone who owns one of our products, regardless of where or when it was purchased. Just send us the model number from the label under your furniture and a photo of the part you need.
I bought from Amazon — am I covered under warranty?
Our 2-year warranty only applies to orders purchased directly from our official website. For purchases made on Amazon, please contact Amazon customer support for warranty assistance.
How do I find my product model number?
Check the label or sticker on the underside of your furniture, inside drawers, or on the back panel. Most FUFU&GAGA products use a SKU format like KF020334-02. If you can't find it, send us photos of the piece from a few angles — we'll help identify it.
How much do replacement parts cost?
Pricing varies by part. Hardware kits typically start at $8–$25; doors, drawers, and structural components range from $40 to $200+. We always send a quote before charging anything — you decide whether to proceed.
Do you ship to Canada and Mexico?
We only ship to the United States and do not currently support deliveries to Canada or Mexico.
What if my part is no longer in stock?
For older or discontinued models, some parts may be backordered or no longer manufactured. In those cases, our team will suggest the closest compatible alternative or, when possible, a custom replacement.
