A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

The size is amazing, and the misting system really takes it to the next level. Absolutely perfect.
I have never seen an umbrella with a misting system before this! I live in Texas and the second I saw it I was in. This umbrella is incredible. Covers a very large area. The misting mechanism is a rechargeable unit. I thought there was a water tank but instead you just insert the end into a body of water. We plan to use a cooler of cold water or the pool! Highly recommend!

Great size
Well it was dropped off into my garage with the whole top of the Box basically ripped off. This umbrella was obviously a returned item. Ok let’s take it out to check it out. Everything was in the box but the fabric was really tangled up. Removed all fabric from the bottom tier and set the umbrella up and reinstalled the lower tier fabric. Looks great and everything works as advertised. Great buy for the price and very fast shipping. So no complaints at this point. Great color the dark blue.
The umbrellas came fast and quick to install and the perfect match for our pool oasis. With our delta breeze and north wind, the ventilation shades are impeccable. The shade is more than amazing with our hot sun.
So far, so good! the delivery was great and on time. The assembly was super easy. The umbrella looks strong and I compared it to my friends $300 umbrella and it looks pretty muchthe same, except for the hem. Lots of loose threads, and two of the tiers have no folded in hem just a zigzag sewing to keep it from fraying so that worries me about longevity but we will see. I am glad I paid what I paid for it on sale so it was a good deal even if it only lasts a few yrs or so. The functionality is great though. For some reason we’re getting more winds lately than past years and the umbrella is holding up really well because of the 3 tiers so I am glad I bought this. I do worry about the mechanism because it’s a thin nylon thread holds it up and brings it down but again I only paid $56 so it’s still a good deal for me. I would not pay more than that though for this umbrella.
This umbrella was exactly what I was looking for. The size is perfect for our deck to cover the entire eating area. It seems durable but only time will tell how it will hold up. Little to no assembly, only had to connect the two bars together.
Exactly what we were hoping for! This isnt overly heavy, so its easy to put up and take down, and the ventilation holes are perfect. Last year the wind absolutely destroyed our patio umbrella, so we wanted something that wouldnt just act like a sail with a breeze and take off. The wind was actually blowing when I took these pics but it didnt so much as start to blow over. The metal supports also look much sturdier than ones weve had in the past, so even if it does fall this summer, hopefully it wont bend nearly as easily. Very happy with this!
Great coverage! ... Love the size, love the 11ft. You can sit under it while it is raining. Repela water nucely. Triple tier so the wind blows through it. Bad thing about it is, there was no base included.
