If you live in a multi-unit apartment building, we'll deliver to your front door whenever possible. If your building is restricting access to non-residents, the logistics team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they're safely able to.

A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

The drawers right under the glass have compartments, so watches, jewelry and ties are on display and easy to see at a glance. It measures 62" wide, 31.5" deep and 31.5" tall, a natural fit for a cloakroom or walk-in closet.

It’s a beautiful island however it comes in a million pieces. Took about seven hours to assemble.
This island is very high quality finish, very well packaged. very heavy. Two separate packages at over 100lbs each. It took a very long time to assemble. I split it into 2 days, a couple hrs each day give or take. If you can assemble ikea furniture you can do it. Just prepare to give yourself 4-5hrs. Much more time if not using electric tools. The fitment is very good. I did add wood glue to all the drawer rails and screws for longevity.

Definetely recommend! Item was well packaged and did extremely well during shipping, even with all the bumps it received. The materials are all good quality and all holes line up perfectly. Rails are great and close/open es expected. There aren't too many furniture pieces out there with this quality after shipping and building. Be prepared for several hours of assembly though. The boxes are extremely heavy when delivered. Take your time on the build cause you'll be satisfied with the results. The pictures available helped us decide, so sharing here for everyone's benefit. It does not come with LED's but those are readily available. Enjoy!

Item came exactly as pictured! I will say it took like 3 hours to put together with my husband helping on and off. I wish there weren’t such big gaps in between the drawers but I still think this purchase was worth the money!

How do I clean the glass top?
Spot clean with a dry cloth. The tempered glass over MDF wipes clean easily.
Is the back finished?
No. The back is unfinished, so think about which side will face the room when you place it.
