We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.
Please follow this checklist we have created for you to follow before the Point of Delivery (POD) is signed:
Checklist:
Please check all cartons for visible damage.
Please confirm you have received the correct items as per the POD and the delivery order.
If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.
*Please do not dispose cartons until the issue is resolved. -

Short on space but still want a real makeup station? This compact piece is a vanity table, a nightstand and a stool all in one. Flip up the top to reveal a lighted mirror and you have a simple vanity; close it and it becomes a nightstand with plenty of storage. The upholstered stool hides inside and pulls out when you need it, and the whole thing is just 18.9" wide.
The mirror light has three color modes, warm, natural and cool, that change with a touch switch, and a long press adjusts the brightness, which is handy for makeup, salon work or livestreaming. The white finish fits most bedrooms and dressing rooms, and it makes a lovely gift for someone you love.

How much weight does the stool hold?
The stool supports up to 200 lb. It's upholstered and measures 15.9" high, 17.7" wide and 13.3" deep, so it tucks neatly inside the vanity.
Where can I keep tall bottles?
In the hidden compartment behind the drawer. It's designed for tall skincare bottles like toner, essence, lotion and setting spray that won't fit in a shallow drawer.
Can I adjust the mirror lighting?
Yes. Tap the touch switch to cycle through warm, natural and cool light, and press and hold it to change the brightness.
What tools do I need to assemble it?
You'll need a screwdriver and a hammer, which aren't included. All other hardware and clear instructions come in the box.
