Please follow this checklist we have created for you to follow before the Point of Delivery (POD) is signed:
Checklist:
Please check all cartons for visible damage.
Please confirm you have received the correct items as per the POD and the delivery order.
If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

Has this dresser for a few months and it’s holding up pretty well. Good amount of space in drawers and very sturdy for the price.
Perfect for our new bedroom! Very sturdy without the inforcements to the walls!
This is one of the heaviest dressers I have ever dealt with. You will definitely need another person to help you maneuver it. The box itself weighed 122 pounds and every single piece seems very solid and sturdy. If my son is able to break this one. I will be surprised
Perfect dresser for the price
Great dresser!
I love this dresser! It took a few hours to assemble (I did it solo), but the outcome was worth it. Perfect for my daughter's bedroom. The online description calls the color beige, but shoppers should note there is a hint of black and gray in the wood grain.
Nice piece but drawers were much too shallow, this piece is best for a child
Beautifully made. So far so good. The drawers are holding up and everything looks great. Would recommend
Lovely dresser for my daughter. Solidly built and easy to assemble.
Beautiful, but smaller than expected. Would look better in a kids room, but will do for now. Drawers are small, but sturdy.
Wasn’t too difficult to put together, just took some time. Seems sturdy and heavy which I like. Well worth it.
The dresser came in a very large heavy box. As you can see from the assembly instructions, there are many parts and pieces. The assembly itself looks rather easy and straight forward. Each of the pieces are labeled well. The material itself as you can see has a wood grain look and feel! This is a very nice dresser!
We are very happy with this 9-drawer dresser by Breakwater Bay. It is now in our 4 year old daughter’s bedroom. Prior to getting this dresser, she had a queen bed with drawers below it. The drawers were very hard to get at below the bed. Now she has a beautiful trundle bed and this dresser for her clothing. When the package arrived, it was extremely heavy (so be warned). It took my husband about 3 12 hours to assemble it. It is good quality, and we know it will grow with our daughter as she grows older.
