We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.
Please follow this checklist we have created for you to follow before the Point of Delivery (POD) is signed:
Checklist:
Please check all cartons for visible damage.
Please confirm you have received the correct items as per the POD and the delivery order.
If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.
*Please do not dispose cartons until the issue is resolved. -

Set up a year-round growing space in your own backyard with this solid cedar walk-in greenhouse. Durable polycarbonate panels let plenty of light through while filtering harmful UV rays and holding in warmth, so you can start seedlings, extend the growing season or overwinter tropical plants. Inside, about 7'11" by 5'10" of floor space gives you room to stand, work and grow.
Cedar shelves come pre-installed to make the most of vertical space for seedlings, potted plants and gardening tools. An adjustable window and lower air vents let you manage airflow and temperature by hand. And unlike metal or plastic structures, a natural cedar frame helps keep a steadier, more breathable microclimate, turning a corner of the yard into a healthy, eco-friendly garden spot.
What it does well
- Grows through every season: start seeds in spring, protect delicate greenery in winter.
- Light in, heat kept: polycarbonate panels pass light, filter UV and help retain warmth.
- Natural ventilation: a manual window vent and screened lower vents help regulate air and temperature.
- Built-in shelving: cedar shelves keep plants, pots and supplies organized.
- Cedar frame: helps balance humidity and resists rot, mold, mildew, UV and weather.
