If you live in a multi-unit apartment building, we'll deliver to your front door whenever possible. If your building is restricting access to non-residents, the logistics team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they're safely able to.

A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.

If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

Easy to assemble, but it takes a while. I'm very handy with power tools, but this took me 10 hrs to do by myself. I read every review, so I expected it, but I really thought I could get it done faster. Nope! It was so worth it though!! It has extra hardware included and you will need help standing it up when assembled. It's beautiful and sturdy and was worth every cent!
I had terrible shipping issues - due to damage of one of the boxes twice… arrives in 2 huge boxes each weighing over 100 pounds so it was difficult carrying them up my stairs. I did get a professional to build and there were 2 people that arrived (assuming they always tackle jobs together as they were husband and wife) it took a little over 3 hours to build. The item does appear to be quality and is very stable- photo is with 65 inch tv

This is a very sturdy well made unit. It definitely requires 2 ppl and a emotional support friend that brought wine as well.

This entertainment center definitely meets my expectations. Only 4 stars because I don’t care for the split paneling in the shelving. I had professional assembly and they got it done in 2 hours! TV is 60 inches for reference.
It took my son about 4 hours by himself to put this together. Very easy instructions to follow and everything fit perfectly. A slight hiccup for the top of the shelf but he got it! Very worth the price and would definitely recommend!!!

Overall very satisfied. It took about two and a half hours to assemble. Noting danger and nothing missing. It’s a nice unit.
Difficult to put together. This came in two boxes. The middle parts were easier to assemble than the towers. Both had over 60 pieces. We did not put the top piece on as it didn’t seem like 4 screws would be enough for the weight. Instead we are using it as a plant stand in the hallway. It looks good in the space.
Absolutely love it, definitely takes a few men to put the top piece on., I enclosed the back of the TV using shiplap paneling
My husband did the install himself, but needed a 2nd man for lifting up to wall as one-pc. It fills up the entire wall and now I have a place for all my special items and book, which will take some filling in and tweaking. this is what we have done so far!

If you have gaming consoles or stereo components, make sure you measure to see if they will fit the shelves. I didnt and it looks stupid. Also, pay attention to the weight limit per shelf because they will sag.
This worked out perfect for our new home. It is exactly the perfect length and looks built in. I added some wallpaper in the opening and gold knobs to match my door hardware. I can not believe what a GREAT deal I got on this unit. It is great quality and the surface is difficult to scratch so I think it will last for years!
