A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

This tv stand is well made, and looks,so good in my space.
This tv stand works great for what I needed. My husband assembled it by himself. It has many parts but the instructions are clear and the overall process is simple. The quality is good for the price I paid.
Some parts had a few small chips not impacting the performance or stability. I contacted the manufacturer and they offered to replace those parts or a partial refund of 20 which was greatly appreciated. Great customer service! I am pleased with my purchase.
The reviews that state it takes 4 ish hours to put together were absolutely NOT JOKING! But the end result is worth it. I love it!

My only feedback would be on the functionality of the extending piece — it doesn’t have a track or guide system, so it can shift slightly and requires occasional readjustment. Love! It wasn’t easy to find a low console with storage for below an 86” tv, especially for the price! Took about 3 hours but directions were clear and all pieces were included.
I like it. Better than expected. Took 2 hours alone. Pay attention to orient the spacer pieces before adding the top.. or you'll be redoing it like me (part of the 2 hrs). Veneer is easily chipped.

The assembly took some time but it was worth it. Very easy to adjust width, the material is sturdy and good quality. The shelves were kinda weird and don’t really adjust properly but I could’ve also installed it wrong.
It’s as you would expect. Wood finish isn’t high-end but neither is the price! Side pockets slide in and out easily but they have no stop so they’ll slide right off. Drawers are a bit flimsy but they serve their purpose. It looks good in my space anyway and the best part is that it’s loooong! I am content with the purchase.
