Please follow this checklist we have created for you to follow before the Point of Delivery (POD) is signed:
Checklist:
Please check all cartons for visible damage.
Please confirm you have received the correct items as per the POD and the delivery order.
If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

Absolutely loved this outdoor fire table. The fact that it has a compartment for the propane tank is amazing. The tank storage serves as part of the table and the hose can’t be seen. Putting it together took time but was ok.
Very modern and unique fire table. It was very straight forward and quick to assemble. Fire looks amazing, warm and nice. Stones are nice too. It also came with a cover for protection. It’s good the propane tank has its own space and that side can also work as a table. Easy to turn on and off. Love it!
Shipping super fast, easy to assemble, putting it under my Pergola!!! Great product. Can’t wait!
We can’t use our wood burning fire pit often due to fire bans/wildfires in our area so we wanted a fire table as well. It looks good but unfortunately the packaging was damaged and there was a dent/paint scratched off. Luckily it’s in the bottom section. It was easy to put together. Hope it holds up in our humid weather.
Looks good and very hot.
LOVE!!! We are so happy with this purchase. Looks exactly as described. Seems like it will hold up very well. Looking forward to many seasons of use.
