If you live in a multi-unit apartment building, we'll deliver to your front door whenever possible. If your building is restricting access to non-residents, the logistics team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they're safely able to.

Until you're certain your HOMSEE piece is right for you, make sure you flatten your boxes and store them away. Otherwise, without the original packages, it is not feasible to return or exchange your item.

A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

Desk is GORGEOUS! And it feels sturdy, but keep in mind is not easy to build, instructions are fine but this thing has more than 100 screws, so keep that in mind, it took us 6 hours to assemble it and we are very handy people.

Took 2 people several hours to put together but I love the finished product. The lower section (non-rising) is really low - almost too low for any sort of usability so I only use for items and do all my work on the rising section.
This is a beautiful desk that fits the need to offer a side desk support to the main desk. It has a good amount of storage and makes for a great standing desk. I love that you can save different heights. It is a nicely covered pressed wood. It is a lot of pieces to put together but they are numbered to make it easier.
I really like all the storage this desk has to offer. It has three drawers and a lot of open shelves space. The material is pretty is to clean. I love that it is an adjustable desk. It took an hour to put together. Everything came numbered making assembly pretty easy. I highly would recommend this product.

I was skeptical about buying this desk because of the mixed reviews for it across a few sites, however I couldn’t find a better alternative. We put it together today, and I love it! It can be a one person job but it is easier with two people at a couple of steps. Pay close attention to the directions AND the real photos of the desk when building the small shelf unit that encases the single leg - lots of negative reviews about that section and we experienced it too. The directions in the book are wrong or just very confusing there. The right side desk is lower than I was expecting, but there is plenty of work space on the height adjustable side. Conversely, the adjustable part of the desk I wish came down just one more inch, however I am 5’ tall so for most other people it is probably just fine. The electric lift works great. My only other complaint is that there are cord holes on top, and into the cabinet with the door… but there is no cord hole leading out the back of the desk so I’ll drill one myself.
Nice fairly compact desk, great feature with the moving table, and smooth install (but have patience). Not a lot of storage, so plan on adding separate filing cabinets if you have lot of paperwork.
Great quality and sturdy my only issue is that one of the shelves on the side that holds the standing desk up was too small and so it cracked in half. I just took that piece off of the shelves and it still looks good.
