A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

Great fire table for small gatherings on our deck. I puts out a good amount of heat and makes it pleasant to be outside on cool nights. Flame is adjustable and it is fairly straight forward to assemble. Quality is very nice. I ordered colored glass to surround the flames (although pumice stones come with the unit).

This firepit table checked all our boxes! The unit comes in few pieces, making it very sturdy and easy to put together. We don’t love having a metal table, but this one is so sturdy it doesn’t “rumble” when you put something down on it like others we’ve had/seen.
One thing we love (aside from the hidden tank) is the openness underneath with plenty of room to spread out your legs. Often these fire pits are solid and make for very uncomfortable, cramped seating.
One thing that I wish it came with is the glass guards, as it doesn’t throw out a lot of heat and would be more convenient if it came with the table.
Overall, highly recommend!
I love the fire pit table. The open design looks modern and adds a fun vibe to my patio. The assembly instructions weren’t great but my husband and I were able to figure it out. Not so sure there is any aluminum on the table as described. Magnet sticks to every piece. Overall it was a good purchase.

The fire pit felt cheap when taking it out of the box, but once assembled it looks really nice and feels sturdy. This is definitely a 2 man assembly job otherwise you will scratch up the propane tank portion portion trying to do it solo.
Would recommend buying the glass wind barrier and colored glass fore put stones to compliment.

Great little fire table for our outdoor patio seating area. We ended up buying blue glass as my preference over the lava rock that came with the table.
Assemble was a challenge and overall it feels a little inexpensive (which it was). Wish it had come with Windscreen - had to purchase one from another vendor.
But with that said it’s attractive and it works and it throws off good heat.

This is a very nice fire table. I have been looking for one that stood out from the rest. This one is very nice. Took my husband and I maybe 30 minutes to put together. Everything lined up and fit perfectly. It came with red volcano rocks. I don’t love that color but I had “Dino eggs” rocks from my old fire pit so I used those. It looks great. We may purchase a glass surround since it didn’t come with one. My biggest complaint was that it went on sale before it was delivered and wayfair wont mae up the difference- buyer beware. Customer service isn’t what it used to be
