A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.

Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

We bought 2 of these desk for an alcove office space. They went together really easily - instructions were easy to understand and time to build was ~1.5 hours. We needed the reversibility to be able to fit the space, so this was the perfect candidate. It feels quite sturdy and the bookshelf and drawer areas have a great amount of storage for our printer, desk suppliers, etc. The only thing that would have improved this desk is a file drawer, but we knew that it didn't going in so didn't dock any stars. Very nice product for the money.
Desk is nice, big piece and sturdy. I like the option to leave it as one straight piece or L shape it. Took a little time to build but just be patient. Wasn’t awful. Drawers and shelves are sturdy. Pay attention to the directions because I built mine reverse of what I wanted.
A few sliders came dented… if not for some handy work I would have to wait however long it takes for replacements to be shipped. It seems some of the bore holes for the wooden dowels weren’t quite deep enough and so some areas experienced cracking of veneer. Luckily this was at the bottom of the shelf unit so not a big deal. Alignment of parts aren't perfect but not noticeable. There was a slight mislabeling in the build manual but a little bit of trial and error put me back on course. The main desk area wobbles with force but it makes sense for the design being minimalist. Otherwise color of wood and white veneers are accurate. Overall I would recommend for the price and if you are willing to risk potentially delaying completion waiting for replacement parts.

Took a while to build, would say it’s difficult for one person to build. However, I love it! I didn’t know that it could fit my little drawers I got so it saves me so much space as I share this room! Love how it’s customizable. I removed the shelf inside the desk to be able to fit my drawers that I previously had.
The products are fine, it's the delivery. Both boxes were beaten and torn, but luckily the packaging protected the items. The desk had some missing hardware, but a replacement was sent quickly.
