I read reviews before purchasing and was a little worried about the build. I am 50, and built it myself with no help. The instructions are very well; organized and clear. Very easy to assemble. It took me 2 hours total. The only thing for people to be aware of is that the box weighs all out 150 lbs. So if you need to build it upstairs in a bedroom etc. you will need a good dolly, and two people to bring it up. After that, it was great.
