If you live in a multi-unit apartment building, we'll deliver to your front door whenever possible. If your building is restricting access to non-residents, the logistics team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they're safely able to.

A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

Inside shelf for the shirts is very short and not realistic to actually hang anything as an armoire. Pretty easy to put together but some was a little unclear and i had to take a part to fix assembly. I painted legs and added my own handles for silver accents. Heavy product which has pros and cons...I needed help to get it upright and placed. Dresses get bunched up due to interior hanging section not being tall enough but I was aware when purchased and drawers were important to me.

The brown color is beautiful and it is a stunning piece. It is a little too narrow and short for adult clothes but would work well for kid clothes or other storage. I kept my boyfriend’s clothes in here and they were a bit smushed but otherwise fit fine. The bottom drawers could have been deeper, there is a lot of space to push them further back.
Currently we use the wardrobe for extra blankets, linen, and pillows etc.
Pros: relatively inexpensive, looks beautiful, easy to put together, adds storage to a room, lightweight but sturdy
Cons: the doors don’t align perfectly and there is a slight gap in the middle
the bottom two drawers had a bit unclear instructions when it comes to assembly. they go all the way having some space in front of them. otherwise its pretty!

So I received my armoire and so far I love it. I haven’t fully put it to use yet, we just set it up in our nursery for baby boy that’s coming soon. I feel like it looks just the like photos. Seems sturdy and like it will last a long time. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is, it was not easy to set up and put together. Some of the bolts and screws were missing. Thankfully my dad is super handy and was able to use some we already had. Other wise that would have been a big bummer. And when I say I put it together, I mean my dad did 100% of the work and he is very proficient with this type of stuff and it took him hours. Lots of pieces.

This armoire is beautiful! Its heavy which made getting the box up the stairs a little tricky but I’m happy that its made out of good material. It has a good amount of storage space and is perfect for my husband’s needs. Would highly recommend!
