If you live in a multi-unit apartment building, we'll deliver to your front door whenever possible. If your building is restricting access to non-residents, the logistics team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they're safely able to.

A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

Love our new Raybin armoire! It is quite sturdy and will work great in our guest room for visitors. Lots of room for clothes to hang up and two large drawers for clothes as well. Looks lovely. The mirror is an added plus! The 4 side shelves allow for extra clothes storage or decorations, like I did.
Love it very spacious actually bigger than I thought it took me some time to put together. It wasnt such a easy put together. I did it myself. I suggest you have help but I love it since I have a family. It took me two days to put it together, so I put one part together and then I put the other one together the next day and when I combine them together, it came out better than I thought.

This wardrobe is exactly what we needed in our bedroom upgrade. My husband loves the doors to hang his shirts and the mirror is a nice feature. It did have a few minor difficulties in the assembly where there should have been pre drilled holes so he had to use his drill gun for it. Assembly took about 4 hours.
This came out to be a very good fit for my bedroom. Only problem is the screws that came with to hold the rack for hanging clothes fell so I had to put bigger screws in to hold it but after that, absolutely no problems.

Not impressed but you get what you pay for. The doors are flimsy and do not completely close. Cheap workmanship. Did not return but would not have ordered had I seen it before hand. It serves its purpose, but it is more for a baby's room in both size and function, and low quality.

Love it! Please do yourself a favor and pay someone to put it together. I read the reviews and hired our handyman to do it. It took him three-plus hours, but it looks fantastic and works perfectly.
I love it! This armoire came just in time for me to organize my clothes and other items for the summer. I didn’t realize the closet space had a good amount of room to store my clothes as well. I would highly recommend this item for anyone looking for a great piece to store not only clothes, but books and other precious items. You won’t be disappointed! Lastly, I paid extra for FUFUGAGA to put it all together for me as well and it took almost two hours for the young man to complete it but it was great. I’m very happy with my purchase!

I bought this unit to complete my 2 daughter’s room in the house we just moved into.
Originally the armoire came with a major piece missing so I couldn’t build it. I contacted the supplier not knowing what to expect. They were very friendly and immediately sent me a replacement unit.
I was able to get the new one built in about 2 hours.
The armoire looks good and my daughters loved it. The immediately started filling it up with clothes and toys.
Took absolutely forever to get put together, but ours is sturdy, good condition, not a fan of how many clothes you can hang but we plan on putting a bar across sense it’s for a baby it’ll fit both.
