A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

I’m giving this Vanity a 4 because the first time the package was delivered to me. It arrived BROKEN and 5 days LATE. However it was easily replaced with the company, but idk how they want me to send back the broken vanity because it’s a heavy package and I’m a small woman .
But all in all, the vanity didn’t take forever to put together, a good 2 hours at most, was very easy to follow the directions. The vanity has a lot of space in the drawers, on top and even behind the mirrors. And it’s heavy duty. I like it a lot. Just next time please don’t ship with FedEx, they don’t care about anyone’s package.

It so pretty! I accidentally broke a mirror while assembling and was devastated. Contacted Customer support and they were able to get the manufacturer to send me a new piece… FREE! I can’t say enough positive things about this vanity and the support I received. My daughter is so happy with all of the storage and large mirror.
I love this!!! I am 5’5” adult and it is a bit smaller but I can still fit both legs under. I added the gold organizers. Drawers not as deep as they look when closed.

Excellent product for the price! It was easy to assemble and my girls love it. It has plenty of storage for all of their hair stuff, jewelry, makeup, and other nick-nacks.
I absolutely love the design of this piece, especially the hidden cabinets behind the mirrors—it’s such a smart and sleek feature. I also love the lighting options and that you can adjust the warmth, which makes it perfect for getting ready. The glass-style handles add a modern touch, and the extra storage space in the middle and at the top is a huge plus for keeping everything organized.
If I could improve one thing, it would be the drawers. While they work well for makeup, I wish they were deeper or combined into one larger drawer to accommodate tools like a hair dryer or styling irons. Adding space specifically for those items would make this piece absolutely perfect.

Assembly - There are numbers and not letters, you grab the numbered items together, place them on the ground the way they are in the image, put together, move to the next. So simple a me could do it .
Space - So much room now... Didn't realize how much we needed more drawers. We also bought drawer organizers that we added after to make it perfect.
Would totally suggest buying this vanity to a friend or family member or you who are reading this...

Arrived in time, looks elegant, does not occupy too much of space, yet accommodates almost all make up including perfumes and skincare. I love it. The only drawback is mirror light does not have option to change brightness, and the light is not too bright. In the night time you can not do make up with just the mirror light it comes with. You need extra lights.
This was a steal! My 15 year-old loves the space and also the hidden compartments behind the mirror. We are very happy with it. We are going to buy another one soon.

Very nice. Took a while to put together but we had no issues. Directions were clear and parts were all labeled. The light is not bright AT ALL. If you’re looking to use for makeup/selfies (as my teen girls do), you may need to supplement with other lights. We found some that suction cup to the mirrors. Not ideal but we made it work.
Yes, its a lot of work to put it together but its worth it. Plenty of space and very cute! The light works perfectly for me.
Beautiful! My daughter and I will build this in January for her birthday but she is super happy with all of the drawers and the overall look of the vanity.
Very nice vanity. Expect it to take a good 3 hours (for non mechanical people it will probably take a lot longer) to put together with another set of hands to help hold things.
Tips:
1-Make sure you organize all the pieces and a good open area to work to make your life easy.
2-Use a drill and set the clutch very low so you don’t strip the holes. If you use an impact gun set it to the lowest setting. (I used an impact gun, it is easier to fit in tight spots than a regular drill)
Cons:
1-The rails holding the drawers might need to be changed to larger ones.
2-The knob’s on the drawers are week and will probably have to be re tapped put new ones in.
Both of these cons are easy to fix if needed.
My daughter (15) is very happy with it.
Other than those 2 things it is pretty solid and I am very happy with it.
