If you live in a multi-unit apartment building, we'll deliver to your front door whenever possible. If your building is restricting access to non-residents, the logistics team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they're safely able to.

A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

I got two of the white ones and put them side by side so it looks like one big one. It is absolutely stunning, elegant and so classy. I haven’t filled it with all of the items yet but I know it’s going to be even more beautiful when I do.
Great armoire. The style is so chic and modern with the glass. I bought the black and it’s absolutely beautiful. I also love the fact that you can reach all the shelves. 
A stunning wardrobe that has resulted in ooohs and ahhhs from everyone we show it to. It too about 3 12 hours per side to set it up. We have set the lighting with a remote so I can click it on as I enter the room. So much space! Very impressed!

Beautiful!! Exactly what I envisioned. There are lights for the interior but my package didn’t come with an electric plug to attach to the light strip. I never planned to use the light so no biggie. The handles are a very rose gold color. I wish it were regular gold color. I may spray paint it gold later. Overall, it’s functional and beautiful. Everyone compliments it when they enter.

Substantial piece for the price. Sturdy doors. Assembly is medium in grading to put together if you are experienced in putting together furniture. Takes two people. Love the amount of space for organizing clothes or accessories.
First off , it is an attractive piece of furniture. It came in two hefty size boxes and I did not have to wait long for the shipping to arrive. I suppose the styrofoam did its job of protecting the pieces but it was a heck of a cleanup with bits going all over the place. There was an indention in one of the walls, since it’s near the bottom and not really visible, I let it slide. The paint was not even on one of the shelves but also not a big issue with me.
I’m only 5ft tall but was able to put it together by myself. I would not suggest that though as it took me 6 hours with a few moments of doubt, a couple of swear words, and copious amounts of sweat. The instructions could’ve been more descriptive as there were a couple of times where I had to back track how I initially put it together i.e all of the shelves should be flush with the front so that when you install the back, it can slide right on through. Beware of blindly following the holes to place the doors. Use your better judgment on alignment so all doors close smoothly with one another.
I feel it is on the expensive side for the materials used but overall I am a satisfied customer.
I bought this stylish armoire closet in white with gold hardware. I got some help from a TaskRabbit, and it took about 4 hours to assemble, but it turned out beautifully and has a modern look. Im thrilled with my purchase - its definitely worth it and looks fantastic!

It came in 2 boxes. Heavy so have someone to help get it in the house. Took a day to put together by myself. Its sturdy. As seen in the pics I have a sneakerthrone shelf on top with no issues.
