A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

I have had a large umbrella on my patio for years that cranked up and out and it is going to the curb, so I ordered this 15 x 9 ft rectangular market umbrella with base. The umbrella only needed some 12 inch rods installed in the ends and they were fairly easy to put in place. The stand was really easy to assemble. There are 2 bags that are filled with sand and those are placed inside of the bases framework. Then there is a fitted cover that goes over that, making it all look uniform. The base is fairly large at 27.6" x 27.6", so take that into consideration if you are placing under a table. It gives a nice amount of shade and the beige color doesn't create a weird color cast. At 15 ft in length, the umbrella(s) gives major coverage.

Please excuse the background out weather hasnt allowed us to put any patio stuff out yet. But this umbrella is massive!! This is going to really provide much needed shade to the other half of our patio that has full sun all day. The color seems more tan than beige but I think it will coordinate fine. The only thing I noticed and my reason for 4 stars is the fabric feels very thin. I have other umbrellas that are thicker so I hope that it lasts out in the summer elements. It does come with two fabric bags you put sand in to weigh it down. I cant wait to get it all set up!! And the lights at night will be a bonus!

We thought it was so much bigger than it seemed on the pictures, or maybe our deck is too small, but it is fantastic that it covers it entirely!
The overall quality is great and it comes with 2 bags to fill with sand. It also has a solar panel to charge lights inside the umbrella! Thats definitely my favorite part of it.
This thing is massive! It’s bigger than I expected even though I knew the dimensions. It was fairly easy to assemble. I recommend attaching the solar panel bit at the top as step number 1. The base is a fabric cover over the structure and sandbags. It’s big. I think it’s meant to be a stand alone umbrella as it didn’t fit the hole in my patio table. It’s cute and easy to crank out.
