Dear fufugaga Customer Service,
I have notified you twice by email, but I have not received a reply yet.
I recently purchased a desk from Home Depot (SKU: KF210275-12), which was delivered last week. Unfortunately, upon inspection, I found that part #36 of the wooden panels is damaged.
I would like to request a replacement for part #36 only, as the desk is too heavy for a full return. Please find attached photos showing the damage.

Sturdy wood, but a whole lot of screws to put in. Each slat needs to be done. Pretty straightforward, looks good, love the storage at the top. There is no track for the drawers, but there’s wheels on the drawers. With or without the drawers, it will still look finished. I recommend!

Just built two of these beds for my boys. Putting together was not too hard, they look great! Would have liked if the drawers were on rails, but nevertheless a great buy!

My daughter is happy with this bed and the additional open and closed storage is fantastic. One of the 2 cubby panels' holes did not line up correctly with the hinge so it's not closing completely. I'm hoping Wayfair can send us a replacement part.
