Please follow this checklist we have created for you to follow before the Point of Delivery (POD) is signed:
Checklist:
Please check all cartons for visible damage.
Please confirm you have received the correct items as per the POD and the delivery order.
If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

Delivery was impressively fast and the instructions were straightforward to follow. Be aware: the armoire is extremely heavy, so plan on having two people for assembly. Outstanding quality and a great look
Love love love it!
Beautiful armoire.
Absolutely love it. Fairly easy to put together. Perfect for what I wanted it for
Fits perfectly in the space! The quality is just ok though. Be careful as the material it’s made of is not the best. But I am still happy with it overall!
Great armoire! With 2 people it took about 3 12 hours to assemble. My only complaint is that it is mainly particle board and the doors were hard to align. But it’s a great budget friendly piece.
Rec'd in 2 boxes. A bit heavy but manageable. Instructions accurate to include diagrams.
We were looking for something affordable, but also nice and sturdy and this is perfect. More importantly my wife loves it. It comes in two heavy boxes, but putting it together wasn't difficult. I think it took approximately 2-4 hours to put together.
It’s beautiful and perfect fit for our space! I needed something big enough to fit everything from a small closet for my daughter. She loves it too!
Absolutely beautiful. Not so hard to install. Put it together with my daughter in one evening.
Read and save yourself some tears and swear words: The delivery arrived on time in 2 very heavy boxes, so be ready to have some muscle in your corner that day. Everything was wrapped and protected so no issues with scratched or broken pieces. The directions were fairly good but my minus a star complaint is making it easier to understand the front from the back when building the basic skeleton of the piece and putting on the two middle support legs before the bottom is screwed in. If you are building it in a different room than it will be housed, recommend finishing it in the room it will be used in because this thing is massive and heavy. Overall, happy with the purchase and would recommend it if you are looking for a decent budget friendly piece.
Pleased - but wish it was more solid wood and less MDF
Great quality and just what we needed for our guest room - plenty of space for hanging items and additional storage

Great unit, took two times to get the parts without breakage unfortunately, the top came broken, but customer service was fast and they sent me a new one. Great for the price point.

Love it!
This wardrobe was shipped fast. Purchase it for my daughter, she love it!!
Love it!! Took two to assemble in about 4 hours, but it is perfect in my master bedroom! Looks classey....
Beautiful. Just like the picture. Nice and sturdy. Easy to assemble, but requires time. Make sure to have a drill when assembling. It makes it a lot easier. Not good for coats and suits. Too bulky.
Such a nice beautiful huge wardrobe. Our daughter loves it!
SO heavy! Takes a long time to put together but it looks great and like a million bucks put together. Very happy with the purchase, would highly recommend. Great value , beautiful piece!
The instructions were difficult to follow and didn't show details that would have been helpful. The backing on the armoire is flimsy. Over all I am pleased with how it looks.
Beautiful piece of furniture and kinda fun to put together!
Update: First the manufacturer told us that one piece was manufactured wrong. They sent a new one. It was identical. Then they say that it was right all along but the directions were wrong. After trying to put this thing together, we realized that most of the directions are wrong. There are missing holes, different configurations than on the pictures, etc. Not to mention the replacement broken piece was ALSO broken. Apparently it just can't hold together when they ship something that is 115lbs. I'm over it. It has been spread over my basement for way too long taking up space when a resolution never comes. I want a refund but unlikely I am going to get it because they want me to repackage the 350lbs of stuff I have received. Not worth throwing my back out. I don't think I'll ever order something like this from FUFUGAGA again. If you can't guarantee safe shipment of a large/heavy item, don't sell it.
Be prepared for a LONG assembly. We are still working on ours. The top board came cracked. Waiting on manufacturer to contact us. Plan to update review when it's done.
I mean it’s okay , the quality I can’t say good or bad even
Absolutely beautiful. A huge improvement to what I had before. More of a piece of furniture. Very satisfied.
Great fit and good quality, Loved it A to Z
