If you live in a multi-unit apartment building, we'll deliver to your front door whenever possible. If your building is restricting access to non-residents, the logistics team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they're safely able to.

A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

This piece is beautiful. Such a great big space to put additional clothes, blankets etc. I would definitely recommend this if you need extra closet space.
I love this cabinet. So much great storage. My only complaint was it did have a smell the first few days which has improved greatly. I’ve only had it a week. I did rub it down with straight vinegar and that helped.
We bought this almost a year ago before the tariffs in case prices increased. Note it doesnt appear many products on Wayfair actually increased by much since we purchased everything. It shipped very quickly and arrived at our home in a little less than a week. After storing it for a year, while we were rennovating, we finally opened it, and we love it. The box for the armoire kept everything safe from being damaged.
The armoire looks great in our new finished room. It took a couple of hours to build and the instructions were clear. There is a wall bracket for safety to keep it from falling over and hurting someone. The brackets on the cabinets are adjustable.
We do not have closets for our bedrooms and it holds all of my clothes. I love it. Great find for a bedroom!
I do like how the cabinets look. The doors have a soft close, but the drawers do not.
Out of the four boxes, one box arrived four days later and it had damaged pieces. The customer service was able to replace the pieces, however, they also arrived four days after they said they would get here. Even the replacement pieces had damaged corners, but they were usable. I did add extra support where there was damage.
I also wish the back was a little better. It is just hard thin cardboard and hard to get squared up.
I am completely blown away by this armoire far exceeded my expectations!!! I wanted to look like furniture that has already been in my home and it truly does. I can’t wait to fill it up lol I highly recommend it is very sturdy and relative

The armoire came out beautifully assembled. It took us 2 days (had to take breaks) but assembly instructions were easy to follow and every screw came in the package. My son loves it.
The armoire looks nice and added much needed storage.
Was a bit challenging to put together, had to reinforce and secure to the wall. The drawer slides are not for heavy use without replacing with something stronger. But we covered 22ft of space and wiil be trimming it in to look built in. Happy with the look and storage capacity. Typical China made issues with directions, but it works!
It is nice material. It is definitely a two man job. Read instructions clearly, a one time put together. But in the end was really nice.

Looks nice and fills up the whole wall. It took 2 of us 2 days to put it together. Challenging to install. Cracked in 2 places while putting it together, but won't be noticeable.
Really solid material and put to pretty easy and really sturdy. It is very heavy so make sure to get help. I did it myself but it was a lot of work.
We did a bit of customizing love. Will be ordering 2 more for our other bedrooms.
We had the backs put in with hardwood for more stability.

The hardware went together very well and it was easy to do once you get going. There are lots of parts and pieces, but if you take it step-by-step, my mother and I were able to put this together in about three hours. Once together this piece of furniture looks good and is very functional. It’s a great way to add storage especially to a Florida house that never has a coat closet! 
The wardrobe shipped from United States it took about a week and arrived in separate packages a day apart. Considering the distance traveled and number of stops it arrived in good shape. When opening the packages I noticed how well everything was packaged and because of this there was no damage to any of the pieces of the wardrobe. All the hardware and pieces were accounted for and the instructions were easy to follow. It took my husband and a helper about eight hours to set it up it is huge. It’s very sturdy, well constructed and it will have lots of room for my stuff. I am very happy with this wardrobe.
Package delivered safe, no damage. Two people work on assembling for four hours instruction to put together it’s not too hard but if you want to save time, professional help would be the best.
