Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.
Please follow this checklist we have created for you to follow before the Point of Delivery (POD) is signed:
Checklist:
Please check all cartons for visible damage.
Please confirm you have received the correct items as per the POD and the delivery order.
If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.
*Please do not dispose cartons until the issue is resolved. -

The Stilla pantry is a tall, hard-working storage cabinet for kitchens, dining rooms and entryways. Behind its two doors are four shelves: two you can raise, lower or remove whenever your storage changes, and two fixed ones that keep the frame steady. A large drawer at the bottom holds snacks, toys and other loose items so the house doesn't get messy.
Because it stores upward rather than outward, it adds a lot of space on a small 27.6" x 13.8" footprint. The cabinet holds up to 250 lb in total, and black knobs give the white finish a simple, modern edge.
Features
- Vertical storage: 70.9" tall, so it saves floor space.
- Four large shelves: sort groceries, small appliances or cleaning supplies.
- Adjustable shelving: two shelves move or come out for taller items.
- Big drawer: 25.6" wide inside, on metal slides.
- Anti-tip device: fitted on the back, it holds the cabinet close to the wall so it's less likely to tip.
- Complete kit: all hardware and clear instructions, with after-sales support.

The material quality is a notch lower compared to other products I’ve bought from them. Since I’m using it as a shoe rack, I added two extra shelves. Assembly is simple and trouble-free. It offers good value for money.
I absolutely love how this came out. I think the wallpaper really elevated the look. I’m very pleased with the cabinets. My husband put it together in a couple hours with no issues.
Purchased this while it was on sale for $500 and some. I don’t think it’s worth its original price of over $1k. But for what I paid it’s perfect. My front door has been such a mess since we went from a family of 3 to 5 and this has a lot of storage and hanging space. I also love the hidden storage. This isn’t meant for a lot of shoe storage. My husbands size 13 shoes don’t fit well but sizes smaller fit perfect! I’m going to add some peel and stick wallpaper to some of the back pieces and it will make the perfect addition to my home.
For the price i paid. I'm very happy with the product. Assembly took a while but other then that i would recommend this product
Looking good….
Easy to set up, everything was well packaged and installation was quite simple. I love this cabinet.
Absolutely perfect for my kitchen! Easy to put together! I love how they look!
This item is perfect for our use. It looks great, see before and after pics.
Assembly was easy and straightforward.
I wanted the coats more hidden so I cut the coat rack a bit shorter and put it on the right side.
The quality is ok, the doors are a lightweight and a little glossy. The door to the bench makes a loud clicking noise when opening it.
It’s currently giving off a strong off gassing smell, which I hope dissipates over time.
This unit was packaged well and delivered quickly. The instructions were easy to follow and all pieces were provided. Nothing was damaged in delivery or during assembly. Overall, high quality product and greatly transformed our entryway!
Ordered 3 of these food pantries and set them up. Assembly went well as expected from reading the other reviews. We are very pleased with them and highly recommend them.
Shipping was incredible - arrived 1 day early. No issues with any of the pieces - actually had a lot of extra hardware. Cabinets look absolutely amazing! I'm beyond happy with my purchase. Highly recommend these pantry cabinets.
I’ll be honest the quality is great! Just make sure to slowly drill or screw the parts in because they can chip since it’s compressed wood. We also used heavy duty dry wall anchors. Skeptical of the height because I wanted it taller but it’s growing on me!
I got this cabinet to replace a gigantic cabinet I had in my living room. It fits in the space so perfectly. My dad built a base for it and we added baseboard in the front. I’m very happy with it.
We love this cabinet! I can not wait to get this cabinet filled! The only thing is a few blimished pieces but luckily can hide that by putting the cabinet together next to each other! I also wish the drawers were a little larger the front panel is large but the drawer itself is not!
Took about six hours for the cabinets to be put together by the worker.
Editing to add that within two weeks one of drawers has already separated the screws from y
This storage unit is perfect & nice looking..only problem is.. in picture bench & cabinet look aligned but bench is wider than cabinet.
Love it for our mudroom!
This product is awesome and perfect for our pantry space. It comes in 3 individual sections and they fit together nicely. The doors are sturdy and soft close. So happy with this purchase!
Love this piece! I have them separated but they can be pushed together.
It gave me the storage I needed. Little tedious to put together. I’m missing a handle on one of the bottom drawers - FUFUGAGA is sending a new one. Customer service was very helpful.
Just as advertised, a bit more flimsy than expected but for the money is a fantastic unit. The drawers are smaller but fit about 3 pairs of kid snow boots. I like the shelves in the cabinet. I secured to the wall. Took about 4 hours all together as it comes in 3 pieces
Perfect! It has a small footprint (which I needed) and fits all of my under garments, bathing suits and loungewearnightwear.
It took my husband several hours to put it together by himself, but he felt like the instructions were pretty well laid out. I wish it were a little sturdier, but it works for what we need it for so I’m very happy with it!
We are not finished yet but love this so far. Has really decluttered our mudroom! Drawers at the bottom are the best. Easy to put together.
I love this cabinet! The service man was terrific! Thank you!
Love this cabinet! Exactly what I wanted.
