Your signature won't be required — the logistics team will simply photograph your order at your doorstep as proof of delivery
If you live in a multi-unit apartment building, we'll deliver to your front door whenever possible. If your building is restricting access to non-residents, the logistics team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they're safely able to.

A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

The cabinet looks beautiful and was easy to assemble. The problem is that the first one came with shattered glass in the box.

Nice set…easily 5-6 hours to completely assemble. Keep in mind that each drawer is a different slot…so don’t mess it up. Otherwise…directions are clear and easy to follow. Be prepared to spend a lot of time putting it together…but for the price you can’t beat it.
After sitting in the original boxes for months, I finally got around to assembling the unit and I’m pleased say that everything went together flawlessly with zero missing or broken parts plus a few extra screws just in case. I will definitely shop with this company again!!!!

Love this cabinet! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the right side only has 2 settings for the lights while the left side with the long doors has all 3 light settings..

I love this cabinet. As you can see, were using it as our bar. It has plenty of display and drawer space. My husband but it together by himself without any complications. He did it over a two day period (aprox 2-3 hrs each day).

Well, I am disabled, live alone, and taking my time, I put them together by myself over three days. The glass doors will be done in the same fashion. Slow and over a few days.
My only snag was that I had part of it together on the floor when, for some reason, my cat attacked it and broke the shelf. I had to glue it together and kick the cat out of the living room. I will also end up bolting them together. As some on here point out, I wish the lighting management was thought out better. It will take me some time, but I will eventually replace all the lights with Govee lights so that I can adjust the lights from my phone.
This display case is really worth the effort to put together. Packages arrived safe and undamaged. Instructions were straight forward, but do take time - especially since I did it solo. I used my own LEDs that I prefer, so that took some preplanning while they arrived and I had to skip over that step. But was able to thread them through easily enough after assembly.
Beautiful cabinet… I would highly recommend getting it professionally installed!
