A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

The desktop has more than one configuration to install, so it could be adapted to more than one layout. The size of the desk is perfect for my multipurpose room (home office/guest room). My only problem with the desk is that its top arrived with a scraped edge and is very noticeable. Now I have to figure out how to fix the cosmetic damage.
Great desk. Sturdy, durable materials and good size for the space. Drawers are a bit small (not too deep) compared to my old one but with the right organizing containers everything fit well. Cabinet is good size to store medium size storage boxes with all my cables and other devices. I am very happy with it and recommend it.
Nice desk. The height adjustment works well and the desk feels sturdy. Assembly was a bit convoluted and definitely requires 2 people. Also, note that the height adjustment post runs through the center of the cabinet so it is really only usable on one side.
I haven’t gotten to open it yet but the box it comes in is about 6 feet long and weighs nearly 100 lbs. it should be a good sturdy desk though.

The only problem is to build it because the screw holes of the drawers don't match so I had to create a new holes for it. The instructions said you need to build the arm drawers which is false. It's already build it
Awesome, for my mobility issues is a lifesaver gor me to be able to continue my job after our office decided to go fulltime work ftom home. Could not image working smother 5 years without this tool of being able to stand during a 10 hr work day like I could at the office. And the desk still being able to offer me a desk side bar area as well. Love it

Overall the desk is great. The drawers were very difficult to install. Everything else was very straightforward to assemble.
I love this desk! It took my husband close to 5 hours to put it together. The instructions were kind of difficult to understand. But the end product is very nice and exactly what I wanted.
We really like this desk and it fits the space well. So far it seems to be good quality. One challenge we had was that if you followed the instructions, the shelves went on the opposite side as it did on the picture on FUFUGAGA. So we had to think out of the box to figure out how it could be set up that way.
I haven’t gotten to open it yet but the box it comes in is about 6 feet long and weighs nearly 100 lbs. it should be a good sturdy desk though.

For the most part I am very happy with this desk. It is very easy to adjust to whatever height you need at the touch of a button. I will say, pay close attention to the drawer specs. They look lolike they are large enough to put some hanging files in, however the front panels are deceiving. The actual drawer space is much smaller & does not go down to the bottom of the front panel. As far as assembly went, it is definitely easier with 2 people. Also, one of my panels didn't have one of the holes predrilled/routed. Thankfully my husband is handy & we were able to make due. Definitely an oversight by the manufacturer. Overall though for my needs, I am very happy with it.
Kind of complicated build - started and by step 3 we ended up hiring someone lol but it looks great and functions well. Drawers are a little sticky but hoping they get loose over time.

Up to 120 lb on the desktop, and each drawer holds up to 30 lb, enough for files and office supplies.
Is there a filing drawer?
Yes. A filing drawer is included in the storage section, alongside the enclosed cabinet and open shelves.
How do the doors open without handles?
They use a rebound device, so a gentle push opens them, and the beveled edges give you a place to grip.
Items are shipped as soon as they're available. You will receive an email with a tracking number letting you know when your order is on its way. We strive for fast, efficient delivery for all items.
