A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

Nice cabinets. We bought them to place side-by-side. Great interior storage area, 3-4 shelves the bottom drawer. Holds a lot!
Beware Doors do not line up evenly, but if you’re handy you can prob tweak them to work. The included doorknobs were too small and lightweight wood. We replaced them with those shown. A cost prohibitive storage solution vs custom built-ins.
Easy to put together and the quality for the price is right where I expected it. It’s a little odd that one of the cabinets isn’t as deep as the others so be aware of that. But outside of that, I’m very pleased with how it turned out!

Box was a little damaged but cabinet its self was packaged good - color is a true white, quality is good cabinet doors open and fit great, bottom drawer sticks just a little but still easy to use , I wouldnt recommend heavy items in the bottom drawer as bottom is a little thin. My husband put together himself and took about 90 minutes, he said it was pretty simple. Would definitely recommend even though not real wood still looks good and seems sturdy

Our new hall tree is the perfect new addition to our home. Assembly was so very quick and simple but that is only because the materials used are such good quality. Fit and finish, we have no complaints.
This is a beautiful piece and very functional. It allows us to organize and hide the mess at our front door. It to one young man about 3 hours to assemble it but it's sturdy and well made. My only complaint is that it was only offered in white. A nice wood tone would have been great. Anyway, I recommend this piece.
This is a nice sturdy hall tree. It will definitely help keep our entryway nice and neat. It is quite heavy and involved to put together. Not difficult, just time consuming. I added a couple of furniture pads at the bottom edges to make sure the floors dont get scratched. The only drawback is the drawer sides are not as high or deep as the actual drawer front.

This is a very nice and sturdy storage cabinet! I ordered this to use as freestanding pantry storage and it has been perfect. The assembly was pretty easy to do and there were no issue. I am glad this comes with anchoring hardware for safety. The shelves are very sturdy and hold multiple canned goods with no problems. The pull out drawer is very convenient for appliances that I do not use often. I love the style and it looks great in my house. I definitely recommend!

Worked out great. This space measured 29“x16“ and although this cabinet was a bit smaller than those measurements the baseboards helped it fit perfectly, like a glove. A few panels did come damaged, but I was able to have replacement pieces ordered - overall greatly satisfied with purchase again For other projects.
