A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

It looks great and fits the space perfectly. Our house is old and not very level so my husband made a platform for the cabinet and trimmed it in. The only negative is that the drawer bottoms are very thin and flimsy and i am afraid to put too much in them for fear of the bottoms falling out. Otherwise we love it.
Good product it’s feet really good
Overall, pretty happy with this cabinet, it fits the space well. It is a bit of a pain to put together, particularly adding the back panels. You need to put in 70+ screws while lining the panels up perfectly. I feel like this could be resolved with one large panel that is scored to fold up, rather than multiple panels. It’s definitely a two person build and also something you’d want a drill for. I also thought it felt a little unstable freestanding so definitely recommend securing to the wall at the end. Once we did that it was fine. We swapped the hardware on ours and it elevates the look even more. Scoring a 4 out of 5 due to the tediousness/ difficulty of the build.
This is a beautiful piece of furniture! I love the look for my home. Gives me lots of space to display and plenty of storage in the drawers. It does take a bit to put together - lots of pieces - but clear instructions.
LOVE the china cabinet. Fits perfect in the room. Only thing that would make it 5 stars is to have wood base for the drawers. Can only hold 12 pounds which is not much.
This looks exactly like the picture and it fit perfectly in our dining room. I love it! The handles are nice and high and out of reach from my toddler. My husband and I worked quickly to build this and it took us a 3 1/2 hours to put together. It looks expensive and the price was excellent. The only bummer is I can tell it will scratch fairly easily and had a couple small scratches that were viewable after building (I took a permanent black marker to it, haha- but recommend finding something better). Definitely connect it to the wall!

It’s beautiful. Just beware it is huge but it’s exactly the size that we wanted for our space. It’s a challenge to put together. It took a couple of days, cause it’s not something I normally typically do. The directions were OK, but could’ve been much more clear Because the picturedrawings are not detailed enough.
We added peel and stick wallpaper to the backing, and also twinkle lights. Just to make it look more girly.

Finally i was able to find something that fits my parents living room to put their fancy dishes. We still gotta fill it but there is so much space for us to put things. At the beginning we had so problems with this product. There were 3 different boxes and one of them came a little damaged and some of the parts were missing however i was happy with FUFUGAGA’s great customer service for replacing the whole new package for that damaged one. Overall great experience with FUFUGAGA!

Beautiful cabinet. It reminds me of an old London phonebooth. It went together great and is a good quality for the price. It has a bit of wobble to it but once it is filled and screwed to the wall for safety, it will be great. At first I thought the glass panels were square but they have a rounded shape to them which slightly changed the look I was going for. I added black peel and stick wood grain wallpaper to the glass panels to hide the things inside from view.
Wow! This took like 2 days 6 hours to set up to complete this loook. Challenging but rewarding. So big cabinet full the back wall.
