If you live in a multi-unit apartment building, we'll deliver to your front door whenever possible. If your building is restricting access to non-residents, the logistics team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they're safely able to.

A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

Hardware was well packaged and instructions easy to follow. once its staged it will be exactly the statement piece we were looking for.
Just stunning! Is not the off-white color we were expecting, but we still love it! Took a while to build but it all came together as expected.
A lot of pieces, but not too difficult to put together. Definitely need two people to lift the top portion onto the bottom. Took me, overall, 7 hours in 2 days to complete. I would say it’s worth it if you have the time and enjoy putting things together because it is a very beautiful piece

There were issues in assembly. Some of the provided screws just broke when trying to screw them in. Some of the predrilled holes were too small and we had to enlarge them.
Overall it’s a lovely piece that took us 3 days to assemble. In retrospect I’d advise adding the professional assembly.
I decided to keep the middle section open and only use the glass doors on the sides.
The drawers are shallow and won’t fit a place mat unless you roll them. I’m ok with that.
It’s a large piece so assemble in place if you don’t have two strong men to move it.
Pretty solid quality and assembly was pretty straight forward. The part where you have to attach the top to the bottom is tough and definitely requires at least two people. The veneer isn’t a flat white, it has a bit of a wood texture and that is nice. It has plenty of space and serves its purpose. Overall I love the look and size.

I absolutely love my new China cabinet! My old one wasn’t big enough to display all of the China that I have now. I have 3 sets that belonged to my 97 year old mother-in-law 1 set of china that belonged to my 84 year old mother. They both passed away this summer. My old China cabinet was too small to display all of it. Now I can display all of it with pride. Everyone that sees it says it’s beautiful. Thanks Wayfair for such a wonderful product!

Great look
This fits my needs as I couldn’t find a dark wood china cabinet on Marketplace. The back is flimsy cardboard.
The thing I am NOT happy with is that there was ONE part missing and they sent a whole new upper portion which means we were left disposing of about 200 pounds of unneeded materials.
The three drawers are spacious and perfect for storing miscellaneous items, keeping my space tidy and organized.
Each shelf can hold up to 22lbs, which is perfect for my heavy books and decorative pieces. Very reliable!
